1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for HairWow purchases, including subscriptions, paid trials, one-time point packs, and other digital products.
Refund availability can depend on the purchase platform, payment processor, product type, usage status, local law, and the facts of your request.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with an eligible HairWow purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or first paid charge.
We aim to keep the process fair and straightforward. Refunds may be denied or limited if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, excessive use, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests.
3. Subscriptions and Paid Trials
Some plans may include a free trial or a low-cost paid trial, such as a short trial before yearly billing. The exact trial amount, duration, renewal date, and renewal price are shown before purchase.
You are responsible for canceling before the trial or renewal date if you do not want to continue. Deleting the app or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
- Stripe purchases: Contact us within 7 days of the first paid charge and include the account email and payment receipt.
- App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process and policies.
- Google Play purchases: Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund process and policies.
4. Point Packs and One-Time Purchases
Unused point packs or one-time purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase.
Used credits, consumed generations, downloaded results, completed exports, or other delivered digital services are generally not refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a qualifying technical failure.
5. Duplicate Charges and Technical Issues
If you believe you were charged twice, charged incorrectly, or could not receive the purchased service because of a technical issue, contact us as soon as possible.
If we verify a duplicate charge, billing error, or qualifying service failure, we may issue a refund, restore credits, extend access, or provide another reasonable remedy.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 7-day window, unless required by law.
- Credits or services that have already been substantially used, consumed, exported, or delivered.
- Requests connected to account abuse, fraud, prohibited content, policy violations, or unauthorized resale.
- Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play where the platform requires the refund to be requested directly through that platform.
- Price changes, promotions, discounts, or failure to cancel before renewal when the renewal terms were shown before purchase.
7. How to Request a Refund
For purchases made through HairWow's website or Stripe checkout, contact support at cs@clearcrowds.com within 7 days of purchase.
Please include your account email, payment receipt or transaction ID, purchase date, product or plan name, and a short explanation of the issue.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually submitted to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, app store, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Refunding a subscription or point pack may remove access, revoke unused credits, or disable premium features connected to the refunded purchase.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect product, payment platform, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
