- Provide AI hairstyle try-on, beard try-on, hair analysis, image processing, and related product features.
- Process uploaded images and generate requested outputs.
- Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, trials, purchases, refunds, and fraud prevention.

3. Image Processing
Your images are used to provide the editing, analysis, and try-on services you request.
We do not sell your uploaded images. We do not publish your images without your action or consent.
Images may be temporarily retained to deliver results, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
4. Face Data Collection and Use
HairWow may detect and process facial geometry, facial landmarks, hairline placement, skin tone context, and related image features from photos you upload. This processing is used to provide AI-powered hair analysis, virtual hairstyle try-on, beard try-on, and personalized styling recommendations.
Face-related processing occurs only when you actively upload a photo or use a feature that requires it.
- Collection: We detect and extract relevant visual features from uploaded photos to enable hair and style analysis.
- Use: Face-related data is used only to provide requested HairWow features, improve product reliability, support users, and prevent abuse.
- Control: You can avoid face-related processing by not using photo upload, hair analysis, or virtual try-on features.
5. Face Data Storage and Retention
Face-related data is not retained indefinitely. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain result history, provide technical support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Unless a longer period is required for legal, security, support, or dispute reasons, face-related data associated with uploaded photos is deleted or de-identified within 30 days after your last interaction with the related hair analysis or try-on feature.
- You may delete individual photos from your account where the product provides that control.
- You may request deletion of your account or related personal data through support.
- When photos or accounts are deleted, associated face-related data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is required by law, security, or dispute obligations.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell face-related data or use it for advertising targeting.
We may use trusted infrastructure, analytics, payment, customer support, storage, and AI processing providers to operate HairWow. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
