Welcome to HairWow, an AI-powered hair analysis and hairstyle try-on service. By accessing or using HairWow, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use HairWow.
2. Service Description
HairWow provides AI-powered image and styling features that may include virtual hairstyle try-on, beard try-on, hair health analysis, personalized style recommendations, image enhancement, and related creative tools.
Available features, plans, trials, credits, and supported platforms may change over time. The information shown in the app, checkout page, App Store, Google Play, or Stripe checkout at the time of purchase controls your specific transaction.
3. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HairWow for personal, lawful purposes.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse HairWow, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, account information, and other content you upload or submit to HairWow.
You must ensure that you have the right to upload and process each image and that your use does not violate another person's rights.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or exploitative content.
- Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not use HairWow to impersonate others, mislead people, or create content that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, content safeguards, or platform restrictions.
5. Image Processing and Data Use
You agree that HairWow may process uploaded photos, facial features, hair attributes, device data, usage data, and related technical information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
HairWow processes your content only as needed to provide requested features, operate the product, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Additional detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
HairWow, including its software, interface, branding, models, workflows, designs, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of images you upload, subject to the rights you grant us to operate and provide HairWow.
Outputs generated through HairWow may be used by you for lawful personal or commercial purposes unless a specific feature, plan, or platform rule states otherwise.
7. External Services
HairWow may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, app stores, analytics tools, hosting providers, and AI infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. HairWow is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Subscriptions, Credits, Trials, and Renewals
Some HairWow features require a subscription, paid trial, one-time purchase, or credit balance. Prices, renewal periods, included credits, free trials, and promotional offers are shown before purchase.
If a plan renews automatically, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date through the original purchase platform. Deleting the app or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription.
9. Service Limits and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of HairWow at any time. Free users and trial users may have usage, watermark, export, quality, speed, or feature limitations.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, misused the service, attempted fraud, abused refunds, or created legal or security risk.
10. No Warranty
HairWow is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
AI-generated results may vary based on input quality, lighting, hairstyle, face angle, device conditions, and model limitations. HairWow does not guarantee professional, medical, cosmetic, or salon outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairWow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to HairWow for the relevant service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of HairWow after an update means you accept the revised terms.
